CivicNest is software that helps you prepare USCIS forms through guided questions, review, and PDF download. Access may be limited during Alpha or a pilot (invite-only, capacity caps, or paused intake).

CivicNest does not submit forms to USCIS or any government agency. You (or your representative) remain responsible for filing.

CivicNest is not a law firm, is not a lawyer, and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in the product is a substitute for advice from a qualified immigration attorney or accredited representative.

CivicNest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS or any government agency. Form titles and numbers refer to official forms you may download and file yourself.

You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must review every answer and the generated PDF before you file.

You are responsible for choosing the correct form, meeting filing deadlines, paying government fees, and following USCIS instructions.

You must keep your login credentials confidential and tell us if you believe your account was used without permission.

You must be able to form a contract under applicable law. The service is not directed at children under 13.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that appear abusive, automated, or used to probe other people's data.

You retain rights in the information you enter. You grant CivicNest a limited license to host, process, and display that information solely to provide the service (including compiling a PDF for you).

Generated PDFs are tools for your filing. They may contain USCIS form layout licensed for preparation use. Do not treat a download as a government decision or an approved petition.

Do not attempt to access another user's applications, scrape the service, overload the infrastructure, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use CivicNest to prepare filings you know are false.

Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to use.

The service is provided as available. Features, supported forms, and AI assistance can change. We may take the product down for maintenance or pause new applications during a pilot.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the revised terms.

CivicNest is provided "as is." We do not warrant that a prepared form will be accepted, that AI explanations are complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CivicNest is not liable for lost filings, government decisions, missed deadlines, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
