The October 16, 2026 inflation notice did not change it. Annual pending asylum fee is $102 if that noticed payment is postmarked before October 16, 2026; $105 if that noticed payment is postmarked on or after October 16, 2026. This is not the initial I-589 filing fee. USCIS notifies you when the annual fee is due for an already-pending asylum application. CivicNest does not use today's date as the payment date.
